jaxadora (Quax/Copper/Jax) and drizzlemesane (Squeax/Tod/Emily). They're best friends who have known each other since 8th grade when Emily moved to PA. They actually became closer when Jax moved about an hour away. However, now Emily has moved NC, making visiting even harder. Yet they are the Dynamic Duo -- facing every problem that comes their way together.
Squeax/Quax - So, here's the deal on the nicknames... In 10th grade, on Halloween-dress-up day at school, Emily chose to be a cat for Halloween. Now, these were the days when Jax was just random & crazy (wait... she still is!), and decided to name Emily the exact opposite of cat, a mouse. Alas, Emily has been Squeax ever since then. Jackie still ponders how Quax came about, although she is quite commonly known to have a few jokes about ducks.
The Fox & the Hound - One night at Emily's dad's house, the two friends were so bored that they decided to watch "The Fox & the Hound" (which is a favorite Disney movie for both of them). Jax is in love with Copper, the Hound (which she is supposedly most like). The left Emily with the fox, Tod, who she has no objections to since he's very "hot". ;o)

Jax (jaxadora): 'Ello, I'm Jackie... namely Quax in the Dynamic Duo set. ^_^ I'm 18 years of age and heading off to college soon (finally!). I love Harry Potter, House M.D., Monk, Dr. Who, emo, alternative rock, indie, anime, and loads of other stuff. Feel free to friend me over at my other journal.

Emi (drizzlemesane): yay, my turn ^_^. the name's emily - also known as the squeax to jackie's quax. also 18 and, well, not 'off' to college since i'll be living at home my first year - but still starting college ;). i'm an uber-nerd (one of my nicknames is even The Dork) - i worship all things fantasy/science fiction. included in that group would of course be harry potter. amongst my other obsessions are tori amos (singer/songwriter love!), the internet (world wide web love!!), and all things british (across the pond love!!!).
